We are bringing all of this together and setting the stage for your launching into your homes, schools, neighbourhoods and communities with the firm armour of God strapped firmly. This is the CLIMATIC finish to this powerful and life changing series.

It’s going to be sick. We’re rolling out a huge BUFFET (I mean huge), having a gift exchange, and busting out a fantastic evening. Check it: Fellas- Shirt and tie. Stay classy. Ladies- Rock a UP-DO with your hair. If you need help, ask yo momma. Also everybody needs to bring a 5$ Gag Gift (fully wrapped) for the gifts exchange. This is going to be a Fantastic finish to the 2011 Sixthline Year. BRING AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN. This is a Dub night, so we are planning for double attendance. Invite all of your friends, this is where you want to be.

Here is the key verse for this week.

Ephesians 6:10-18

New International Version (NIV)

The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Alright in closing check out this facebook Christmas video, and let it serve as a reminder for why we celebrate Christmas, not the candycanes or eggnog, but the divine rescue mission.

see you Wednesday,

I actually looked it up on facebook…and more people unfriended Joseph than like Zechariah’s page altogether…but why would Joseph care when he’s got over 14000 others who still like him?

And I was previously unaware that Mary lives at 400 Michigan Avenue in Washington…the marvels of modern air travel. Random.
