i) EVERY SINGLE PERSON who is going to FUSION, NEEDS to be at youth next Wednesday. We have our final meeting before we leave and will be going over the important details for the weekend. THAT GOES FOR THE LEADERS TOO!
ii) ALL money and permission forms that are still outstanding need to be in to me by next Wednesday, or they won’t be coming!
iii) May 30: Year-End BBQ for all the students AND THEIR FAMILIES!! Burgers, hot dogs, salads, desserts, drinks, etc. LOCK IT IN RIGHT NOW!
iv) Only 3 Wednesday Nights left! WHO ARE YOU BRINGING WITH YOU?

Arguably the best event of the year is only a matter of days away. Having trouble sleeping yet?
Now a few items of business to take care of:
#1: Essential to bring this week: BIBLES, JOURNALS, PENS…NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
#2: FUSION RETREAT: This is the LAST DAY to hand in money and register! AKA-LOCK IT IN NOW!!! Seal the deal
#3: Only 4 Youth Nights LEFT!!! WHO ARE YOU BRINGING WITH YOU? Challenge: At LEAST 1 friend each week.
#4:Key Verse for the week is: 1 Corinthians 15:33-“ Do not be deceived: ‘Bad company ruins good morals.”
The message this week will be focusing on accountability, and how imperative it is as believers. However, due to lack of online videos on the subject, I have decided to post something else. This is a video that a youth group in Texas made. It has little spiritual implications, but is some wholesome humorous entertainment.

Time is running out! Shall we ‘up’ the intensity?
Couple things you guys should be aware of:
#1: You NEED to bring your Bibles and Journals. No Excuses.
#2 FUSION RETREAT: All money in by MAY 9! This is the second-last day to register and there are only 9 SPOTS LEFT! Email pastor Ray ASAP to make sure that your name is locked in! Cost is $124.00
#3 This Wednesday is the first night that Grade 5’s can come out, and they will be with us for the whole month of May, so be sure to go out of your way to make them feel welcome, as this can seem intimidating to them.
#4 Kyle Royal will be bringing the word and giving his testimony this week. Really looking forward to what he will be sharing about the mighty work that God has been doing lately. I’m not gonna give any more away, just bring your flippers cause we’re going deep.
#5 HEY YOU! YES YOU! Do you like free stuff? Do you like memorizing scripture? What if you got stuff for memorizing the bible (besides the spiritual reward). Well we will be giving away a FREE trip to FUZION to whoever memorizes the most verses including and past Psalm 119:9. You have to tell Chris!

I’m not going to give anything away about our new series that we start up this week, however, then key verse is:
Romans 12:2-“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
By the way…Bring you Bibles and Journals! No excuses! If you don’t, we’ll take care of it Old Testament style ( maybe 2 Kings 2:23, or 1:10. Depends what we have in the budget)

Also this Thursday, Stayner BIC will be having a Maundy Thursday service from 7-8:30 pm. Bring your family! Refreshments will be served after (but that’s not why you should bring your family you silly goose)
Easter Sunday! Where you gonna go? Stayner BIC. Come on out for breakfast at 9:30 am, then we will have our Easter Sunday service at 10:35. Bring your families for this aswell. Cause if you don’t come, we’ll come for you. Then we’ll use a verse out of context to back it up (jk).
